Continuous Expansion in the Company

Extension and expansion of the Tablet Area is completed and approved by DRAP. With this addition, the solid manufacturing area would be more than doubled. For the extension area, 12 Air Handling Units and Dehumidifiers are in place. With addition of space and hi-tech fast machines, the area would cater for the needs of next 18 to 20 years. For this area, Granulation Suite, high speed blistering machines with Auto-cartoners are being procured.

A new non-sterile ointment / cream / gel filling area is operational as approved by DRAP. Recently, company has applied for the renovation / upgradation of 6 areas for which layouts were approved by DRAP.

Upcoming New Projects

Barrett Hodgson Pakistan (Pvt.) Ltd is the only bread earner of The Salim Habib Education Foundation (TSHEF) which is central to the accomplishment of its mission and vision. Closing the year 2025-26 with Rs.24.3 Billion achievement has motivated us to aim to go beyond Rs.30 Billion mark.

To strengthen TSHEF, we are now diversifying our business portfolio. We are entering into new businesses and ventures, other than the pharmaceutical industry. For this purpose a 2-acre plot has been acquired in Karachi just opposite to the Manufacturing facility of the Barrett Hodgson Pakistan.
