Barrett Hodgson Pakistan has a well-organized Engineering department and has four areas of speciality.

    1. Mechanical
    2. HVAC
    3. Electrical / Electronics
    4. Civil / Projects

All specialities have an excellent team of Engineers and Technicians fully equipped with relevant tools and hardware. These engineers are engaged in operations and maintenance works.

The Engineering department is primarily responsible to provide uninterrupted services to cater the needs of production such as:

    1. Maintenance of all production machinery and equipment
    2. Temperature controls through air-conditioning and filtration of air
    3. Controls on environmental conditions
    4. Electrical and pneumatic power
    5. Processing and distribution of purified water
    6. Fresh and waste water treatment for environmental safety
    7. Installation of newly acquired machinery / plant and its validation process

We are proud to have a good Engineering Workshop equipped with proper machinery to fabricate standard tools and parts. Similarly an electrical / electronic lab is at the service to repair and program auto controls of machinery needed by production units.

An elaborate HVAC system with BMS controls is in place to provide a complete environmental control of all production areas as classified under manufacturing requirements / regulations.
